Dryabode offer a range of professional services to support our core business including consultancy. Dryabode investigate and make good a wide range of building defects on a daily basis from survey to completion so we have a good insight into how buildings are put together and the way in which they fail especially in relation to damp and water ingress issues.
If we do not consider remedial treatment to be an appropriate or a completely effective solution, we will rebuild a particular part of a building to current building standards and regulations.
You can be sure you will receive honest, professional and appropriate advice. We have no bias towards any particular method of solving a building defect as we have a highly skilled, experienced and capable work force and technical supervision to be able to carry out any one of a multitude of remedial and repair measures from minor remedial repair to a full re-build. For example to solve an issue of rising dampness, an injected remedial damp proof course may be appropriate or a re-build and installation of a plastic physical damp proof course may be the better option in the circumstances
