Flat felt roof and lead in very poor condition causing roof leaks. We have stripped off the old perished roof covering and timber deck, replaced decayed timber joists and installed new timber water resistant timber decking in line with British Standards. This is a live job and installation of Firestone single membrane EPDM rubber roof system to follow with new PVC fascias, soffites, gutters and new lead flashing detail.
