Following survey, structural movement identified in this garage built circa 1930. Settlement of floor and roof spread leads to outward movement of wall now in the process of being re-built. Lateral restraint ties will be installed to the roof joists to prevent further problems. The facing bricks were badly damaged due to frost action.
